Grey District Council commissioned us to design and build a public toilet block in Blackball, carefully incorporating a historic design that pays homage to the town’s rich mining heritage. Featuring Permaloo’s durable and low-maintenance structures, the facility seamlessly blends traditional aesthetics with modern functionality. The prefabrication process enabled a quick and efficient installation, ensuring minimal disruption to the area. The red and white detailing, along with the heritage-inspired architecture, ensures the toilet block complements its surroundings while serving as a practical and attractive community asset. Installed efficiently, the structure is built to endure both time and usage, providing a lasting benefit for locals and visitors alike.
