PermaBio Odour Shield contains naturally occurring probiotic microbes that activate within the vault environment to digest organic waste and reduce odour at its source.

Regular treatment supports biological activity, improves moisture retention and assists in maintaining a cleaner, more effective system.

Purified Water, Yeast, Lactobacillus, Phototropic Bacteria, Sugar Cane Molasses and Sea Salt.

New System Commissioning

For new 3,000L dry vault systems:

Add 100L of water to the vault.
Add 3L of PermaBio Odour Shield before first use.
Add 500ml of PermaBio Odour Shield to a 5L garden sprayer and fill with water.
Apply as a droplet spray (not a fine mist).
Spray:

Around the toilet pan
Through the dropper opening
Internal vault walls where accessible
Surrounding concrete surfaces

Existing System Start-Up Treatment

For existing systems beginning a proactive treatment programme:

Pump out the vault where practical before first treatment.
Add 100L of water.
Add 3L of PermaBio Odour Shield.
Additionally, dilute 500ml of PermaBio Odour Shield into a 5L garden sprayer and fill with water.
Spray throughout the toilet system, including:

Toilet pan
Concrete areas surrounding the pan
Internal dropper walls
Accessible vault walls
Surface of the waste pile
Surrounding toilet structure

Ongoing Maintenance Programme

For continued performance:

Add at least 1L of PermaBio Odour Shield every 3 months.
Increase dosing frequency in hot climates or high-use facilities.
Include diluted spray treatment as part of each scheduled maintenance visit.
